Amazing Child Bike Seat for Safe and Fun Rides!
I’ve been using the Thule Yepp Mini Child Bike Seat for a while now, and it’s been a game changer for bike rides with my little one. The seat is incredibly comfortable for my child, with soft padding and secure straps that keep her safely in place. The installation was quick and straightforward, and it attaches easily to my bike without any hassle. What I love most is the suspension system, which provides a smooth ride even on bumpy roads. My daughter enjoys the ride, and I feel confident knowing she’s safe and comfortable. It’s also easy to adjust as she grows, which is a huge plus.Overall, I highly recommend the Thule Yepp Mini for parents who want to share their love for cycling with their kids. It’s well-built, secure, and super convenient for family biking adventures!

Worth the splurge
The Thule Yepp Mini is 100% worth the splurge. There are cheaper options for baby bike seats but this one is worth the extra money in the long run.The foam seat absorbs shock and my baby/now toddler does not complain about bumps in the road unlike when she rode in other brands we tried before the Thule. She loves holding the little handlebar and I love that she’s situated in front of me for security. The harness is secure, but you have to make sure to adequately tighten each strap or they can slip off baby’s shoulders.Installation is easy peasy, and the convenient key locks the bike seat in place and releases the seat from the handlebars in case you wanted to ride the bike without the Yepp Mini attached. It is a smaller seat with wider footrests than other brands we’ve tried, which enables a larger/wider turn radius. It is sleek and easy to clean as well!Lots of adjustments can be made to accolades tall kiddos! I wish the weight limit was bigger since my daughter is nearing the end of her time with the Thule Yepp Mini, but we love it!

Very disappointed
The bike seat was in good shape, however, it was missing the main piece that attaches it to the bike and there were no instructions. Basically just the seat in the box!!! Super disappointed!

but I'm not completely happy with this bike seat
I did a bit of research and read reviews, but I'm not completely happy with this bike seat. My 10-month old girl loves riding around with daddy - loves the wind on her face - and bangs on her little handlebar in happiness. It's well-made, rock solid. Goes on and off the bike super easy. Nothing sharp, all soft and easy to clean. My issue is there's not a lot of room for this seat and baby. I'm big and tall, 6'4", and I have a pretty large 29er mt, bike. I used a shorter handlebar stem so I wouldn't have to lean and reach as far, but it's still pretty tight. My girl is 30 inches+, and with helmet on she's up against my chest. And, I have to splay my legs a little around it. She's 21 lbs or so, and we tighten the straps as tight as they can go, but she's still not secured. So, we put a bulky towel behind her, and it's fine. Still, a bother, and she'll get hotter without those vent holes. She's just getting bigger every day, so I figure we can use it this summer and fall. Next spring I might be able to swap it over to a road bike, and get another season, or we have to shelve it and get a rear seat or trailer.

Perfect for our 12 month old
We researched numerous child seats, both front and rear, and am glad we went with the Thule Yepp Mini. We also purchased the Thule Children's RideAlong, which is great, but our 12 month old really enjoys riding in the front. We put it on a Trek Verve 3 Lowstep and have zero issues. The features we love are that it is vented (we're in the deep south so summers and even falls can be extremely hot and humid), the handle (yes she uses it it), the lightness of it, and the security. On the security aspect, you basically have to press a button and then slide another piece before lifting (assuming it is unlocked). It if effective, but also very efficient. Our knees rarely ever bump it.Depending on your bike, your turning radius can be limited. We have no issue with it as my wife's bike is a lowstep, but on my bike (not a lowstep) the turning radius is slightly limited as the leg bars contact my frame.I would purchase again and highly recommend.Instructions were simple. Installation took ~30 mins

Awesome seat
This seat is just what I was looking for. Easy to put together. Feels very secure and high quality. The best part of the seat is the ability to take it on and off easily unlike other permanent seats. There is a key lock on the bottom that unlocks the seat with a button to easily pop it off. My daughter is 13 months and about 25 pounds and you can barely feel a difference in riding the bike. Highly recommend.

worth the high price
Getting the clamp on the bike was easy enough. It felt good and tight on my bike. Getting seat onto the clamp was a little more tricky. I had to really get down and look to see exactly what was going where, but once I got it on, it was on! It fits perfect, which I was a little worried about because I have an older bike (1984 Sears Roebuck Free Spirit Brittany). My daughter is 18 months and 26lbs and fits in it perfectly. The length of the legs adjusts to fit so that was very nice. I like the 5 point harness, but it has a tendency to slip off her shoulders even when very tight. I like the straps that keep her feet in place, that is nice so I know she won't get her foot caught in the wheel.I was a little concerned that it would get in the way of my knees, but it isn't bad. It's very compact, made of good, sturdy material, and works wonderfully. Highly recommend!
