Worked great and the right part
Glad I found this part online. Consulted with the ProShop at Scheels. They told me to order this part to fix my navigation system. Easy to splice inline and the nav works fine. I see fish again.

Great way to power indoors on a battery while setting up waypoints and screen options.
Bought this to be able to run it indoors while connected to a 12v battery. Works like a charm with some alligator clips. Much easier (especially in the colder months) to setup specific points (reefs, wrecks, etc) while not on the boat. Just remember - if you use this for the same reason - the system has an additional ground when installed on the boat. When you first try to tap the screen while off the boat on a battery, the screen will NOT respond. You just touch the negative battery terminal with one hand, and THEN make your selection on the touchscreen in order for it to work. May seem like a pain but it really isn’t a big deal. Please do so at your own risk and be careful around exposed battery terminals. :)

I bought the off brand for half the price but the connection was too tight and didn’t want to force it and damage my depth finder. Buy the original equipment when it comes to electronics. It cost me an extra $15 to learn this lesson

Apparently counting to 3 is too hard..
My original had a corroded sleeve which caused it to not power on. This seemed correct, so I ordered it. This is a sufficient replacement, however I questioned that fact due to the 3rd yellow wire...the description does not mention 3 wires. It is listed as 2 wire, and there is no instructions or explanation in the package. Based on my reading it is a "wake up wire" and is fine left unused. Fast shipping, great quality product, but deducting a star for testing my sanity.

Hooked up to a 12 volt power supply. Now I can operate, and set up my FF at home without sitting in the boat. Does exactly what I I needed.

Power cord !!
Just what I needed, I wanting a extra power cord to hook up to a converter for 12 volts I ordered so I can bring my fish finder in the house and go over mapping chart with GPS while using sd card.
