Very happy once taken back apart to adjust temperture better
Works great now- Had to take back apart, the handle anyway and do the temp adjustment thing. It was factory set too cold of temp for a hot shower.

DO NOT KNOW HOW INCREASE THE WATER PRESURE.
I Bought all Delta products to be sure the color was the same. This product looks great the only thing I cant do is regulate the pressure. The pressure is too low and the plumber and I could not find a way to up the pressure a little. I bought the housing that was recommended. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M24NBR6?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) Maybe there is a way that I cant still find but it is not obvious and we did not get any directions.

Bought new got refurbished?
Received a box with a refurbished sticker on it. I didn't want to break the seal on the box in case something was wrong inside of it... I bought this product new, and I was very surprised to receive a refurbished product.I was worried that if I opened the box and something was wrong that I wouldn't be able to return it.

A little steep....
Good quality delta shower trim kit. Very happy with function - feels high end when you change diverter functions and lower lever controls the temperature well. Overall more expensive than 17 series alternatives and sets with a separate diverter trim level but for a high end aesthetics, cleaner look, does its job and looks contemporary. The finish is a cross between brushed nickel and brushed gold depending on how the light hits it as all Delta champagne bronze finish. Wouldn't have minded paying about a hundred dollars less but "guaranteed for life" as they say.
