I’ve ordered this peppermint syrup many times and keep coming back to it. I usually use it in my morning matcha with oat milk, and the flavor is amazing — fresh, not artificial, and well balanced. I really appreciate the ingredient quality, which was one of the reasons I chose this syrup in the first place. The last time I ordered it, the manufacturer updated the packaging and switched to a glass bottle. The design stayed the same, but the glass makes it look much nicer and more premium. Very happy with this product and will definitely keep buying it.

This 1883 Cranberry Syrup is amazing. The flavor tastes natural, not too sweet, and has the perfect balance of tartness for cocktails and mocktails. It mixes really well with sparkling water, lemonade, and even iced tea. The quality is noticeable—rich, smooth, and made in France, which gives it that premium touch. So far this is the best sugar free coffee syrup I’ve tasted. Other brands taste too artificial and strong. I just wish they made more sugar free flavors for coffee like brown sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin, or white chocolate. Also wish it was more reasonably priced. Those are my recommendations… thanks!

I love the flavor. It’s a little bit difficult to use without a pump, it glugs when you pour it. There’s no leakage. It isn’t sticky. I like the ingredients.

I like this syrup. Do I love it? No, but flavors are a matter of taste. I have another favorite that's currently out-of-stock, since pumpkin is seasonal, so I ordered this one...probably because it's French! And I would agree that like the French this syrup is 'cultured' and 'refined'. However, I like a little more spice with my syrup, and that it doesn't deliver. But it's a pleasing flavor and whips up a nice pumpkin spice latte. So this syrup is a good runner-up to my favorite, and I will most likely purchase again. Pros: available all year long smooth flavor reasonable price Cons: subtle flavor somewhat runny

If you're in love with BLANK STREET's Strawberry Shortcake Matcha, buy this now. It's the same syrup they use to blend in their strawberry puree. IMPORTANT: Use sparingly (1-2 Tbsp), as a little packs a lot of flavor!

Great cucumber taste. Have mixed some with my dressing for salad and was very pleased. Smells just like cucumbers. Easy to mix with other liquids

My favorite local coffee shop uses 1883 syrups and I wanted to be able to make my favorite drink at home. This was the only place I was able to find them but some flavors are crazy expensive. I hope prices for the other flavors come down
