Q: Can you tell me the expiration date on this product?

When stored properly and unused / unopened, the Murad Essential-C Cleanser can have a shelf life of 3 years. If you have a bottle of Murad cleanser that you could like to know the expiration date of, please feel free to reach out to us at amazon@murad.com and we'd be happy to help you. Please just provide the batch number located at the bottom of the bottle.

Q: Is this product real? The bottle looks different then on other sites.

Yes it is real. You can look it up on the Murad website. It has a very nice orange smell.

Q: Is this a cream or a gel cleanser?

its a gel cleanser- there are no exfoliating benefits and it certainly does not contain any orange peel as some one else replied to. But has vitamins A C and E alongside hydrating ingredients

Q: I currently use Murad Clarifying cleanser, but wanted to try this one. Has anyone tried them both? and which do you like better?

I've tried them both and like them for different reasons. Both products I like to use during the summer months. I prefer the clarifying cleanser if I'm having a breakout. The Vitamin C wash I use all summer when I'm not having acne issues. The C-line is great to protect your skin from the hot sun. It's very gentle on the skin (I have sensitive skin) and smells like a delicious orange, and actually has tiny particles of orange in it. I wouldn't hesitate to toggle back and forth, as both these products are great for summer time use.
