So far so great, I like the sturdiness of the product, the highlighted color for easy visibility and the position of both hole handles to grip the board.

This is my first time using a kick board. I purchased this to strengthen my legs after a knee injury. I like the color and quality and the thickness seems about right. This board allows you to focus just on your legs, so it is exactly as advertised. I have learned a few things since purchasing it, which are not a reflection of this board. First of all, you can't put your hands in the holds and swim with your head up, you have to swim as if your were doing the crawl and take breaths when needed. Second, theses boards are a place to put your arms, but you will sink if you don't kick reasonably hard, i.e., these are "floats". I like it and use it every day. It might be better with a snorkel.

I'm an adult and the size was good enough (I'm roughly 5'7"), in terms of length; I sometimes use the handles and sometimes not -- depending on what type of kicking (back, side, front) I'm doing. My neck does get a little sore from the angle when kicking on front, and i wonder it that is because I'm just not used to it yet, or is it because the board is short or not firm enough (sinks if I put firm pressure). I wish it were a little longer, firmer, thicker and sturdier, as I recall was my kick-board from "back-in-the-day". As of this review, I've only used it twice. Color choices are abundant; I purchased 3 colors: red, aqua & purple -- my favorite is the purple. For the price, it's a good value.

The quality is very good.

This was great. I bought it for my daughter to practice swimming when we were away. It was just like the one she practiced with for her lessons.
