Good oil, a large volume of for the price. No after taste at all, unlike some olive oils that give food strange taste, specially in salads . The oil Has not much of a scent, it doesn’t smell much which I like. The oil has smooth viscosity, but rich, its coloration has a hint of olive green, yet is unclouded. Friend food well, fast and crispy; would burn fast under high heat.

We like the volume we receive for the price. It is good for households like ours that refuse to use vegetable or canola oil.It doesn't have a bitter taste and we use this for everything we cook.
