Beautiful
The art and the words, both, are amazing. Work your way through the seasons of your life in a loving, self care filled way. I’m in love with this book, and am going to buy a copy for each of my daughters as well

Gorgeous!
This book is strikingly beautiful! I just received it yesterday and wow! What I’ve seen so far of the content is really wonderful to!**only downside, and it’s not a reflection on the author so I didn’t take away any stars, but the copy (new) I was sent was damaged on the spine - very sad in such a beautiful book

This is a stunning, wonderful book
This beautifully illustrated workbook will take you through all four seasons and how they symbolically relate to you, your life, and life in general. The illustrations are gorgeous as-is, but they can also be colored-in as part of your work through this book. The content in this book is an excellent framework for examining past experiences or delving into shadow work. The symbolism of the seasons are briefly described on the back cover:Winter - healing, low energy, feeling lost or uninspiredSpring - Rejuvenation, creativity, desire for adventureSummer - Action, confidence, high energy, productivityFall - Reflection, lethargy, feeling unfulfilledEach chapter goes into much more detail, however, with information, instruction, and exercises for you to work through.Truly cannot wait to begin working through this book in earnest. There is no "right" way to do so, but my personal intention is to work through each symbolic season along with the actual seasons, beginning this winter.

Chock Full of Useful Stuff
I'm not sure how I missed this book coming out in 2019, but wow am I glad I found it now. It's beautifully designed and there's something to be said for books for adults with illustrations...it makes it feel like more of an experience and not just reading a book, which is a good thing imho. I love how it is organized and there are plenty of rituals and practices that those from a wide variety of experience levels and thought/spiritual beliefs could apply/adapt. I can't wait to put some into practice. The one thing I think would have made it better (maybe for the next edition?) would be to have bridge seasons.....late winter/1st signs of spring is a very different energy from both full on Winter and full on Spring. as a bonus, I love that the whole book is black and white, b/c i really want to use it as an adult coloring book (an unfortunate term that always makes me think it is filled with strippers or something!) lol.

This book is amazing
This book is beautiful. Very inspiring, interesting, new information. The artwork is absolutely breathtaking. I read this book front to back but it can definitely be read in sections to match the specific seasons. I highly recommend this book.

Pure magic.
Lauren’s work is a breath of fresh air. I find inspiration from her content on the regular over social media, and this book was nothing short of the awesomeness I expected. Thank you for your light and love Lauren!

Not what I thought it was going to be.
Beautiful book to look at. All the black and white images. I was hoping for more with journal prompts and working threw the seasons but it lacked in that in my opinion. It's more what soul your season is in... Hence the title. But not really much information. Just pretty to look at.

Everything I hoped for and more...
Rich and layered with thought-provoking prompts and gentle guidance. And so, so beautiful. I have the e-version as well (because I travel a lot and love to have it with me all the time) but it's really a book that needs to be experienced in printed form!

So weit, so ALT BEKANNT. Leider.
