I love this. I used to use a ped-egg but this is so much kinder to your feet. It doesn't feel rough and doesn't make your feet sore like the ped-eggs. 2 sides so slightly different strength but a lovely quality item. My local salon uses one of these and that's why I wanted one. The proper item!

I use this with the callous spray and the soles of my feet are much softer and so much less sore

Use this with the foot soak and your feet will feel like new in no time

This file is fantastic, a bit expensive but it’s worth 100%. Highly recommended.
