I have worked in office for more years than I wish to admit to. Being short, I have used many foot stools over the years and always found the foot plate a little too small and I would end up kicking the foot stool away and it was hard to move my feet around. This stool have a nice wide foot plate so you can move around. I like that it tilts back and forth and being height adjustable means I can set it to suit me. I use it every day at my desk and it’s awesome. Good price too!

Works great for me . I use it on carpet and for me it doesn't slip or slide . Being able to adjust the height was important to me , it's easy to do and stays in place . I have used this with and without shoes and for me it's comfortable . Using this improved my posture when I sit and that relieved some other minor aches and pains . I think the quality of the foot rest is excellent and will hold up a long time . I'm very pleased with this foot rest and would buy from this seller again .

I agree with most of the previous reviewers. What? Yeah, it's plastic. But, whoever complains that it broke must have been standing on it to reach the top shelf of their bookcase. And yes it is hard as hell to adjust. I agree with the reviewer who wished it would come with a set of instructions. I've fought valiantly to get it to just the right level where I need it. I got it, but there's a lot of trial and error involved.The comfort... it's fine. I would have gone with a cushier deck but if I wear socks, problem solved. You could cover it with a soft piece of fabric for a cheap solution too. I really do like the fact that it tilts so when I change positions in my chair I don't need to readjust the deck. I can rock in my office chair again ;-)Anyway, if you buy this and spend a little time getting the adjustment right, you'll be happy too. And the price is great!Peace!
