Great product works as described
When we got installed and connected to tv and router. Couldn’t believe how strong and steady signal was. We have a full carport around our trailer and no interference at all. Little pricey but if you stream a lot and are in Rual area this is the best.

Only Works with 11-Foot or Shorter Cable Run
Be Advised: Bummed I cannot speak to the actual functionality of the KING Falcon KF1000 because I was unable to install it due to a critical limitation I confirmed directly with KING customer service. The included cable is only 11 feet long, and I was hoping to extend this to a 50-foot run for my boat installation. However, KING clearly advised that this product will only work if the cable from the antenna to the router is 11 feet or less. Anything longer results in signal degradation that makes the system non-functional. This is important information that is not prominently disclosed in the product description. If your setup requires a longer cable run, this product is not a viable option. I recommend confirming your installation needs before purchasing.

Does as advertised.
Intuitive app to control... Router actually better than expected... Would love the app to show all the similarly named repeaters... and their signal strength. You are limited to one name... and no idea if 2.4 or 5ghz... nor strength. That said... We have it on our radar arch... and it pulls in more signals than many other options we've tried

Powerful WiFi signal booster, easy installation
I bought this combo (antenna and router) after trying, and returning, 3 other products that claimed to boost my WiFi signal but didn’t. I’m glad to report that the King Falcon does a super job! It picks up between 40 and 60 signals, though of course you can’t connect to them unless you have their code. My RV is parked near a house that has a good modem, but the OOKLA speedtest still shows a huge improvement in the signal: 20/6 Mbps (download/upload) with direct connection to the house modem vs. 74/6 with the King equipment. Results at various campsites were not as spectacular as this - they depended on the campsite signal strength, but I always got a significant improvement over connecting directly to the campsite. Only one campsite had zero WiFi signal, in spite of their claim that they did have WiFi, and then the King system did not work - how could it? Installation was easy, though I did test the system on my tabletop inside my RV before installing the antenna permanently on the roof. It passed! I would have give this system 5 stars but for the iphone/ipad interface, which looks like something designed in the 1990’s! It’s crude and sometimes hard to do the last step to connect to the antenna; this part of the system badly needs an upgrade! It’s OK once you get used to it. Another small criticism is that two 110V transformers are used to power the antenna and router, which is dumb when RVs generally have 12V or USB outlets, which would be easier to plug into. But overall, I’m very pleased with the equipment and recommend it.

Horrible Customer Service
Just over 8 months, antenna stopped working. That in itself, not a big deal, things break. Problem began when trying to contact King customer service. TWO-THREE DAY wait time for call back!!!!!! Really!!!!! A product made for and promoted to RV community but can’t get in touch with provider for TWO-THREE DAYS. Guess in King’s world, extending stay at campground because they won’t return call or email for days on end is acceptable. Was a nightmare. Had to extend repeatedly at address they had because if we had left, would have go through all the same nonsense again to provide new address. While the product was ok, taking close to a month to replace is ridiculous and the money spent to stay in same location for the exchange, not worth it. With all the companies providing products on par with this antenna, why bother with such horrible customer service at King.

Great idea, questionable quality
I like the concept and understand the distinct advantage of a high gain directional antenna. This is the only option that I've found that will rotate automatically based on the network you choose. The included router was easy to set up and I liked the basic features. I purchased this for installation on my fifth wheel trailer in an attempt to improve the weak campground WiFi signals and required a unit that would work with web based authentication once connected. Problems: 1st unit: I tested the unit prior to installation and all went well. The antenna rotation was quite jittery, but it worked without struggle. Proceeded with the install. After routing the antenna cable I attempted to plug into the antenna on the roof. The cable would not seat into the antenna connector; I saw a piece of copper come out of the connection when I removed the cable for inspection. The piece was the pin on the connector at the antenna side. This antenna needed to be returned. 2nd unit: Tested the unit prior to installation. No issues with cable connections and went through the setup. Antenna rotated smoothly this time, however the phone lost connection with the antenna during it's scan for networks. I could not reconnect the phone to the antenna. After power cycling the antenna, I was again able to connect, but only for about 10 seconds while it scanned for networks. It then disconnected. I inspected the cable ends and all looked good. Reconnected and power cycled numerous times. Uninstalled the application and even tested it on another phone. Same issue. Clearly an issue with the antenna / connection. I've been in the electronics industry (maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, etc.) for 27 years. I'm very unimpressed with the cable connection at the antenna side. The required bend beneath the antenna to route the cable through the provided cut out is a poor design and susceptible to issues. Unfortunately after two attempts I'm forced to find an alternative solution.

Doesn’t work
Does not work. Went through the settings, clicked on the signal at our campground, it said it had to reboot, and then kept asking to connect again, starting the process all over. Spent the a week at the campground, while Ida blew through bro going a ton of rain, with no WiFi, so we had to stream using our hotspot. We called customer service, they said we did everything right and they had no idea why it wasn’t connecting. Said they had to escalate it and we would receive a call back. That call never came. So now we drilled holes into and installed this thing and it’s only for decoration. 🤷🏻♀️ Total waste of money.

Wire routing antenna side
Product works well, except for the wire to antenna inside hookup, you have to put a bend in wire that will prob. break it. I drilled a hole in case so wire goes straight in with no bend or tight loop. This will void warranty so caution on doing that.

DO Not BUY!! Serious Design Flaw!
This antenna works great sometimes, however there is a serious design flaw in the way the antenna cable is attached, this will always fail, I am on my 4th unit and again it failed. Customer support denies that there is anything wrong with the units and has no fix for the issue. Cost me over a grand reinstalling and trying to fix the issue.
