These looked similar to an old wooden spoon I have had for years, but are easily twice the size. NOT the old standard for wooden spoons. Kind of like the Andre the Giant variety. As in he would find them more comfortable than the older normal size of wooden spoons. Nice finish and seem REALY sturdy though. You know, because HUGE is frequently more sturdy.

I will try a different style wood next time

The finish is rough like it was sanded and finished which makes them harder to keep clean and one spoon had a chip in the wood. I still use them because they are study, but I probably would have bought different better quality set.

They work like wooden spoons. Main thing I didn't like about them is that they have an off taste to them if you put them in your mouth. I am guessing it has to do with the wood or maybe its some sort of die they use to make them look dark brown. After several washings they start to wear in and loose the taste.If I had to do it all over. I would of bought a different brand.

Not as polished and high-end as I though they looked. The finish is a little rough.

Love to use these, and they look nice on the kitchen counter when using them.

The set arrived today and are larger then expected, two are good but the slotted spoon is terrible. I washed them quickly with warm water and dried them, the slotted spoon doesn’t feel smooth but rough like sand paper. It’s also not smooth around, looks rough and choppy. See attached photos. You can see the wood itself on this is rough and fuzzy after the first wash. Disappointed on this one for sure as I’m worried the wood will chip into my food.
