As a realtor its important to know and understand people's personalities because the last thing you want to do is lose business and or a lifetime client. The fact that this book breaks-down in detail how to know what type of person you are dealing with will allow you to adjust and mirror match their style. Good book but nothing groundbreaking or surprising. Like how it lists summaries for each style for easy reference but all pretty fundamental.
