I was really worried about ordering at first after seeing so many mixed reviews on sizing BUT I would 100% recommend going for the size you are. I ended up going for a medium being a size 10/5:6 but I now need to buy a smaller size. I’m not a small 10 and tend to find in jeans I’m more a 12...I hope this helps ladies when choosing your size :). This waist trainer is brilliant hence why I’m ready to get my next. It does take some getting useto however it shapes to your body and pulls you in nicely which is a massive thumbs up! I can see results already and I’ve only been wearing for a week. I also have plates in my back from a spinal fusion and the belt has helped with my pain and posture. All round a great buy ladies :)

As a first off, its very comfortable. I bought this originally to fit underneath a cosplay im doing in a couple of moths time. For someone who’s not very body confident this is such a boost.The catches at first are a little fiddly to get round my belly but i eventually sussed it. I immediately felt a change in my posture as I stood up straight. You can breathe in it and you can even sit down! You wont feel as though your a victorian woman in a corsette as tight as a anything.Im a size 8-10 and 5ft 1 weighing 8st 8 . This is going to help me look nice in a dress and keep me looking fit as I work towards my weight goal.

I love the material and feel of this trainer. Its comfortable to wear and very breathable. I'd suggest ordering a size down from your chart size as although mine fit when it came, I'd like it to be a bit tighter to give my waist a more 'waist training' feel. But I've been wearing it for 8+ hours a day so far and its been great. Also, its hard for people to see it under your clothes, that's an added bonus

I ordered this to help support by back. I am a childminder and with the constant lifting and moving that comes with my job my back can twinge from time to time.I have tried supports with Velcro and they end up ruining my clothes with the Velcro. Not anymore with this support. Really pulls in your core and helps strengthen it, reminds you to suck in your tummy due to the support it gives and also supports my back.Brilliant product especially given the price.

This waist trainer is true to size....the material is soft and sturdy at the same time. It gives you a very good support for your back and make your waist much smaller if you want to wear a tight dress. The price is good compared others of the same type.I definitely recommend it.

this is amazing! i’ve been really unsure about buying a waist trainer because my size fluctuates a lot (i’m usually a uk size 14 but in some shops i need jeans in a uk size 16 or even 18). i read the review and bought a size large. it fits perfectly! i use the largest set of hoops but i’m sure i will move down in time. it’s super comfy and makes my clothes look that little bit prettier. i’m yet to wear it for an extended amount of time but i’m sure it’ll be fine- no rolling or bunching.

The product is of high quality - no loose seams or anything, very smooth.Wearing it is easy - the three sets of hooks should help with achieving the support required.We had a bit of a problem with sizing - but the seller was super supportive in replying and dealing with the issue as well as taking note and genuinely commiting to improvement. This is rather obvious when looking at the shop.Yet to make it easy on everyone, I will advise anyone to simply measure yourself. Ignore the nominal sizes (M, L, XL...) and look at the actual measurements. We found that as the measurement was borderline - it is better to go DOWN in size rather than up!Beyond that - rest assured that the seller is reliable, quick, and eager to please.
