This is an amazing masala. It gives me as closest best biryani like in restaurants. Considering the biryani here in restaurants in Usa... veg biryani is a joke. This isn't available in stores in Usa or Uk. So I always get them when I travel or with someone. The only way I get a better veg biryani is with this masala mix. I just hope it's available everywhere easily and could order more from amazon.All the masala mixes from this brand are great but most of the times they are out of stock which is worse.

Its a paste masala not dry one.Not suitable for north Indian taste buds.
