Some very good recipes which I'm going to try - a good section on making stock/pastry etc. I'd call it a coffee table book with photos of people fishing etc and some pretty complicated recipes but still some good fish recipes and a recipe for imam bayaldi with attractive presentation which I'm going to try.

This has secrets to perfect stocks, and recipes that include white truffle risotto which having had that at Galvin La Chapellenis one of the best I have ever had and was pleased to be able to replicate at home.
