The Science of Water: Concepts and Applications, Third Edition

Given as a Christmas gift to a grandson that works in a soil and water testing lab. He was overjoyed with the gift and even took it to work with him so he could refer to the book as he worked. This is an expensive book but if you have someone who is real interested in natural resources, or works in a testing lab, it might be worth the cost.

Informative. Easy to understand-reads as if someone had to explain it to you. No need to muddle and decipher, and re-read.
