It saves me a lot of work with the seasoning it adds but I still add things and I like the fact that with only a few additions I have a great green chile enchilada sauce at a price that’s reasonable. Having frozen green chile shipped to Pennsylvania from my former home of twenty years has gotten expensive since I retired. This is $60 for 8 lbs. the frozen stuff is easily $12-15 per pound. The difference isn’t that great unless you really need freshly frozen green chile. If you’re going to cook it anyway, I highly recommend this product.

When I was hoping for a family sort of recipe regarding hatch chilies, these people definitely disappointed me. I thought my family recipe was the best.....however, THEY SHOWED US UP! How dare you make something better than I am used to! Lol Very delicious and full flavored, this hatch chile blend is sure to satisfy your cravings! I don't expect this large container to last long, so get yours while you can.....before I order it all!

Having spent a portion of my life out in New Mexico, Hatch Chile has been a huge part of my diet. Before I discovered Zia I was unimpressed with other alternatives on the market, as they just didn't have the true Hatch flavour I had become accustomed to. I have been buying Zia's Hatch Chile for a while now and I can't recommend it enough. It tastes fresh out of the roaster and I'm so happy to see it available in bulk. This Chile is the real deal!
