Spending long periods sat down can lead to weak glutes, and that is a problem. Weak glutes are the scourge of modern society! Not as pictured
NOT as pictured! I repeat not at all as pictured. They are the skinny rubber bands. Not the thick woven ones I thought I was getting. Would give zero stars if possible. False advertising.

These are a steal
These look strong, these ARE tough! My daughter and I are using them for the 80 Day Obsession, it’s hard! They haven’t failed yet though. No more rolling! The seems are well stitched and at this point, I am very happy. I almost didn’t purchase because they were so inexpensive - do it if you’re questioning that! These are great so far. Will return and note long term use in 72 more days! 😜

Please improve your product...
No slip grips inside so dont stay up as much as their competitors that do have. I bought another pair with slip grips and they are better. I like the colors and material and price but they need to go that extra mile and add anti slip grips!

If you are ready to put the work in these are the band for you well made I like the thickness and most importantly they don’t roll definitely would recommend.

great quality, resistance, sizes and colors.
finally... bands that are not just soft pastel colors and have heavy resistance. smalll sizes too. I bought another set of brands first (which I returned) but these are far superior in every way!

Best resistant bands
I've purchased many before and they were cheaply made and constantly slid and rolled up with every movement's which made using them kind of annoying. Well the Iron Crush ones don't slide or bundle up! I definitely recommend this product!

Good for leg and glute workouts.
I have only used one of the resistance bands so far (I'm a beginner). I started with the black band and have really been feeling it working the muscles in my legs and butt. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product for others.
