Okay, so here’s my story (it’s not exactly ladylike lol!)I have had digestive problems since I was a kid. I had to be hospitalized twice as a kid because I couldn’t go. I’m 29 now and I’ve never really been “regular”. Well, there was a time period where I was on keto and would poo every time I had bacon for breakfast 🤣 but, mostly, I always have to take a laxative or stool softener or eat some sugar free candy lol.I have tried soooo many different probiotics that do absolutely nothing for me, so I didn’t have much expectations of these but I had to keep trying till I found something because it’s obviously not healthy to take stool softeners/laxatives regularly.For the first month of taking these, I was still taking something when I felt I was going too long without going potty. Shortly I started my second bottle (one bottle lasts 3 weeks, so a month after starting these) I decided to quit taking all that stuff. I had about a week or so of hard, barely productive bathroom trips. But, oh boy, did that pass!!! About 5 weeks into taking these, I started having daily, full poops. No more hard poops, no more struggle to get it out poops, no more feeling backed up cuz I hadn’t gone in days - none of that! Regular, normal poops!!!! 💩💩💩I have never been a daily pooper in my whole life, so I never thought I’d be so happy to have to do the dirty bathroom deed so often 😂😂I can take pills, but I prefer to take my vitamins in gummy form. These were my second brand of probiotic gummies and, as far as the taste goes, they’re great. They’re not super sweet, which I like. They are kinda big, but that doesn’t bother me at all, more to enjoy!!If you have bathroom troubles anything like mine, you have GOT to try these! SO much wasted money on other brands that have great reviews and are supposed to have all these wonderful things in them, did not work for me. I just bought 2 more bottles and I now swear by these and, as long as my body keeps responding to them, I will never stop taking them.

These have the 8 billion count we like, so they do keep our tummies in good shape. But they are very hard, not like soft gummies. And there isn't a whole lot of flavor. I think they could improve them.

They do what they are supposed to do and they taste good.

This is my favorite probiotic, its really changed my gut health.
