Received as shown. Installation is not very difficult. But if navkar system provide power supply & a barzer with this which I purchased separately it will be helpful & more easy to setup for customer, however it's working fine & remote range is very good. Value for money.

Good Product but no after sales service. Product failed within one month.
Product failed within 1month after installation.Unable to find technical support.My suggestion is to send line connection diagram along with product and provide support.

Very compact and usefull. Remote range is very good. Although no installation manual included but still very easy to install.

Pathertic product and Poor After Sales Support
The product worked for 2 months. I reordered the receiver but the remotes are working upto 3 feet only. After sales support is as good as non existing. They have a standard answer -- it was working fine in our office
