Poor quality. Infuser section does not properly screw/thread into top part. (Part that holds infuser in place) Is not leakproof! Had strawberry water leak in gym bag first day I used it.Edited: Was contacted by the company and offered a refund and replacement product. The replacement threads much better and so far there have been no leaks. The customer service provided was excellent and much appreciated.

This is a great item! If you haven't ever tried infusing your water, it's time to start. I've always had a difficult time consuming enough water through out the day.. It almost felt like a hassle. I've had other bottles that are flimsy and low quality. This bottle is definitely nicer quality than the other brands and seems like it's going to last for a very long time. I absolutely LOVE that it came with the sleeve to prevent perspiration. I've thrown this into my gym bag and it didn't leak either, it's very sturdy. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly, comes with a non sweat sleave that is really nice. The owners are a small business and they do everything they can to assure you're happy with your purchase. Although the book is a bit of a pain it does have some real good recipes in it! I've tried probably 100 different infused water bottles but they really seem to have gotten this one down! There is also 2 ways to drink from the bottle witch is good for those of us who don't like the typical hard water spout. The only thing I can suggest to the owners to change is to make the top drinking piece have a silicone option so people with gentle mouths can drink from it too - like the elderly. My grandpa would love one with a soft spout.

Just what I was looking for & at an affordable price! I've made a few different flavors of water with fresh fruits & veggies as well as with frozen fruits. I am finding that it's best for me to put the fruit in at night & let it steep overnight in my fridge then it's perfect in the morning. The neoprene sleeve is an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

This is my first infuser bottle. The full-length infuser basket seems so much more practical than the short ones so many bottles use. This comes with an attractive cover to help with insulation and sweating. I don't think it does much for insulation, but it makes the bottle look even nicer.The lid has labels identifying the lid latch, etc. Looking at the reviews, there were people who overlooked some features and had trouble using the lid. It seems like the labels must not have been on earlier iterations.The bottle has a plastic ring-type feature for holding or hanging. Some reviewers had problems with that. Judging by the weight of the bottle when it's full of water and fruit, I wouldn't think any plastic construction could hold up over time. But the cover for the bottle has a sewn-in webbed loop. I would definitely trust that to support the weight of a full bottle if I were in transit with it.The basket and lid screw on tightly, and the lid can be locked in place to avoid accidental openings. I haven't had any problems with leaks.The vendor follow-up, with operation instructions and a digital recipe booklet, were very nice touches benefits.

I cannot say enough good things about this infusing bottle! The quality of materials is excellent, the packaging is high quality, and the sleeve is the perfect added bonus. It's very light and sleek and incredibly useful. I enjoy using it and drinking from it and I appreciate how far down the infuser reaches, so I don't have to make a full bottle and can switch up my flavors as often as I like.As an additional perk, the follow up has been superb. I have received excellent recipes and helpful tips from the company owner. Everything has been perfect... but I have 100% confidence that if anything was amiss they would strive to fix it immediately and do everything possible to ensure I was completely satisfied. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I LOVE my new Fruit Infusion cups!!! I bought 2 last week and just got a 3rd because they are so amazing! They hold lots of water, don't leak or spill when knocked over, you can close the lid and shake it up... and one good thing I just found out it you just open your lid and refill water through the drinking hole instead of taking it apart! I pick my fruit combo ( best one yet is strawberries, pink crisp apples and a juicy orange with 1tsp Splenda) fill my cup, let it sit for an hour and drink away. I usually finish it within a couple hours and then I just refill with water again and out in fridge till next morning and drink that one... then I'll empty it out and clean it to start a new flavor 🙂

Convenient, attractive, easy to use and a good size. The ebook of recipes provides some good inspiration to try new combinations.The company is very proactive in terms of customer service, giving the impression that they care about the satisfaction of every customer. They sent out an email that I received before I even received the product, without having been contacted by me, both explaining how to unlock the lid and how to access the ebook of recipes. The instructions on unlocking it came complete with photos so I'm guessing it wasn't intuitive to some customers to flip down the metal loop before trying to open it.One thing that is both a pro and con is that it is plastic. The pros are that it is lightweight and can survive being knocked over or dropped (both of which I've done, though I'll hasten to add that I've dropped it on grass so don't know how it would hold up to being dropped on concrete or rocks). The con is that there is a slight impact on the taste if the water is left to infuse for several hours or overnight as opposed to when using a glass infuser bottle. I'm happy with the trade off given that I wanted a larger, durable bottle to use outdoors but I might make a different determination if I only wanted one for indoors.

Really nice water bottle in terms of design, I chose the bright pink water bottle. The sleeve is really handy because if you've got cold water in the bottle, then it stops the bottle from slipping and you don't get other items wet if you put it in your bag. It's also extremely secure with the little hook on the lid which you don't get with other water bottles, especially ones like this. The infuser part in the middle goes down far and there's plenty of room to put fruit, I usually have frozen strawberries. Overall would definitely recommend and compared to other fruit infuser bottles this is a bargin! Don't think that because it's cheaper that's it's rubbish as I have paid out for more expensive ones and they have almost broke instantly and this is nearly a litre whereas other ones are only small. Having a bigger bottle has influenced me to drink more. Even considering buying another!

Deeply disappointed - having ordered a water bottle for myself I would have given this 5 stars however after recommending to my friend and purchasing another for her as a treat, I regret my decision. The water bottle leaks, the lid doesn't close properly and the catch on the lid to prevent it closing hasn't worked from day 1. Also some unusual marks on the plastic on the inside - not sure where these have come from, she's utilised the fruit infuser more than myself so could be linked to that...Will not be recommending or purchasing anymore :(

Water bottle is great quality and no leaking or smelling even after fruit has been inside. Bottle size is perfect for fruit or even just water. I have been travelling around Italy with this bottle and no faults at all!

This bottle was terrible! After reading so many so reviews I decided to purchase but the actual lid would not screw on properly and when it looked like it was on, you could pull it with mininmal stregth and it would pop off. I'm hoping this was just a faulty on, however I'm not taking the risk to purchase another one.

Love this product. I pack the core with frozen fruit and in this hot weather I pretty much take it everywhere with me and keep filling it through the day. I'm on a very critical diet racheme and staying hydrated is very important. This bottle makes it easier and lots of people have commented on the lush colour and cover. It's more than worth the price
