Vita 4"x4" Vinyl EZ Mount Lamp Post, White VA94436

Had a 4x4 post already embedded into the ground from a previous NE Arbors post that was installed about 2 1/2 years ago (a much more elaborate and expensive) one than this, that didn't last. Ironically this basic model appears to be moresolidly built than the previous one. It slipped right on to the 4X4, mounted the cap and fixture in about 30 minutes.Did not used the self leveling pole provided.

Product was as advertised, well packaged, received in a timely fashion and in good order. Included guidance regarding recommended tools and installation process was helpful. Installation was quick and easy providing a solid base for solar yard light.

It seems to be high quality though it is light weight. It is a great option over digging a new hole where my old post rotted out.

Nice, simple look, good instructions, easy installation, and also easy to maintain. Would buy again.

I had a wooden post in concrete before that rotted out. The hole was slightly smaller than any wooden post I could find. I saved so much time putting this post in. Just packed dirt in the hole and this post was installed in an hour. Electrical and all.

Very nice white vinyl post, but the post cap was cracked with a small piece out of it. Planned on installing it the next day & now we can't. Very disappointed!

This is exactly what I needed for my project. I combined two separate kits to incorporate a mailbox into this lamp post. Very sturdy, and should last a long time. I did use a treated 4 x 4 as a support buried 30 inches down, and I always use stainless steel screws on exterior projects

This is really a good looking lamp post and my husband really liked the way you install it. His only complaint is when it was all set up the plastic is not tight to the metal pole that goes into the ground. There is some play in the white part of the lamp post so we have a little worry on a windy day that the white section will be banging against the metal pole. He said he will try to figure something out to make it a bit more secure. The pole going into the ground is really helpful because putting a lamp post in with no way to secure it is tricky, you would have to use cement to to hold the unit in. We are very pleased and it looks great.
