Visible white light passing through an equilateral prism undergoes a phenomenon known as dispersion, which is manifested by wavelength-dependent refraction of the light waves. This interactive tutorial explores how the incident angle of white light entering the prism affects the degree of dispersion and the angles of light exiting the prism.

This specific model 1092 is not listed on the Texla Scientific website. For its price it is a beauty and near-perfect. I wish they would share details on type of glass used, it refractive index, etc. Surprisingly, it is an excellent means to demonstrate basic Physics/Optics phenomena like reflection and refraction of light. The only problem is obtaining a suitable light source - you could try a laser pointer for RGB refraction. To demonstrate a spectrum or dispersion is a puzzle!

Find a better one than this one.
The prism was broken and the size is relatively smaller for the experience. I would avoid it and look for other options than this one.

Nice
One star reduced for the quality of glass. The inner portion was not crystal clear, but managable. Packing and other thing, was though, great...

Prism is not clear and has small bubble inside and that is causing wrong projection after light enter prism.

DOES NOT CONVERT SUNLIGHT TO RAINBOWS!
not that useful for me
