Frame is good but disappointed it did not come with a picture hanger i.e. Nothing attached to he back if the frame to allow you to hang it on the wall.Perhaps this was a problem specific to my frame which the supplier might be able to resolve...

There was no mount with this frame. There was a picture of a black mount printed on a piece of paper under the glass

Lovely frame and mount. I've purchased this about a week ago and it came very quickly, but the glass was completely shattered still in it's plastic wrap. I've reached Frame Company via the email address they've provided in the package, they shortly and very kindly offered to send us another glass (or plexiglass, which is what I chose) for our frame. Really appreciate their top customer service, will 100% be back and recommend them.

I bought this frame for my mother who has severe neck drop and cannot wear a support collar. Through a UK charity working with donkeys and mules in The Middle East, she adopted a little donkey foal called Wotnot and they sent her a picture. HIs colouring goes beautifully with the pale blue and white framework and I placed it on the floor at a point where she can see it clearly. She absolutely loves it and it is a daily reminder of the good she is doing so that she feels she has a useful purpose - apart from being a wonderful Mum! The frame is a lovely gift in itself. Beautifully packaged too. Thankyou.

I have had a large number of these frames over the last few months. They are good value at the price but quality seems to vary from order to order. Seller is very helpful and helped me out when I needed frames in a hurry. There is a huge range of frames available and while they are not perfect, I will continue to use them as they are good value and supply is reliable, customer service is spot on.

Disappointed . The mounts do not fit the frames at all. I expected better quality for the cost. Took a week to arrive which is fine although not next day. They could have ensured the mounts fitted during that time. Sadly returning them.

I imagine you can buy a cheap frame, with a pine wood or plastic border, for a fiver in a 'pound shop'.I wanted a frame for a special photograph: one which complements the subject. On the Frame Company site I can choose the precise size, colour, and mount colour that I want. The result is well worth it.The frame arrived carefully packaged. I was impressed that, on opening it, there was no dust or smears: ready to use.The delivery took rather longer than expected through the fault of the carrier.
