This supplement seems OK and hasn't caused me any odd side effects. I got it to take the place of calcium. This brand seems to be of good quality.

I take this with Magnesium Citrate. Because of the variables involved, it is hard to tell on an individual level if it's working. The dosing is 100µg per capsule which is inline with the daily recommended intake for K2 (MK4).

This vitamin is great for me b/c i am also taking vit d3 so to make vd3 work better i take vitamin k2
