For the experimenter or someone who just wants to watch Amazon Prime Movies, or use the many features of this box, it is great. The booklet which comes with it is very sparse on instructions; call the 14 y.o boy next door to hook it up. I am an experimenter. KD if you supply an O and an I to those letters, is installed, and you may download your own version from the internet; check youtube. On the remote control, sometimes the onscreen cursor is difficult to find.Use the wireless function to get connected to the internet, then follow onscreen instructions to update the firmware.Every Android function is available on this box. I chose it for the big memory, and it gets bigger as you uninstall the stuff you don't need or want. I'm not browsing the internet, doing banking or anything else like that with mine.There are two USB ports and one microSD card reader. You can backup your present system onto a microSD card. I suggest that if you want to experiment. The slot is a bit hard to find, on the side of the unit and has raised lettering showing it. Get a bright light and look carefully. Later you could reboot this box using that slot and the reset button hole. Video quality is excellent, and if you join Amazon Prime, you'll be able to see many, many TV shows or movies. You could actually put a big flash drive in and download the movies or the series for watching later at your leisure. You could take this box on vacation. It also comes with a HDMI cable and power supply. Buy your AAA batteries from Amazon because they don't come with the box. For the cyber challenged, this box, once set up works just great.

Purchased this right at a year ago. Had problems getting the preinstalled apps to work and had to get assistance. It worked. Had to do a reset on the box..and am back at square one with the PREINSTALLED apps not working...and the lifelong email support is awful...Lag in delay. They wanted me to email a video of the issues at hand...i tried but the emails are kicked back as are pictures. To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement. I cannot for the life of me understand WHY 1 month after the warrantly is up I cannot get assistance through the means they offer. I literally cannot sign into apps THEY put on this box!! From the get go...seriously?

This item was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I only ordered it as it had "Amazon's pick" by it. I don't know if the "pick" is computer generated or a real person, but it couldn't be a smart/ real person! Mark my warning, this item is TERRIBLE!! All the "subsequent " reviews I read had the same problem I experienced- NO INTERNET!!!! It sometimes states your password is not correct when it is 100% correct. And if connected - NO INTERNET!! You can't do anything without internet!! This was a terrible mistake by Amazon to say it was it's pick, a terrible product, a waste of time money and effort, and essentially - A BRICK!!! Don't buy as you WILL be so sorry!!!!

PRO'SI liked the cost.Picture quality is great.Con'sHowever there were and still are issues.1. Could not use out of the box. Amazon sent me a 2nd box had same issue.2. Had to contact company to REFLASH BOX.3. After 4 months (now) need to REFLASH BOX AGAIN. CURRENTLY WORKING WITH COMPANY TO GET BOXES UP AND RUNNING.4. Could program one remote. Other remote could not program.If you get one that works, would/could be a GREAT BOX.I want to add to this review.After contacting support and it was determined both of the boxes were defective. Ever Express worked with me to replace them with a newer boxes that had a newer software version.I want to give Ever Express customer support a thumbs up for working to resolve problems. When receiving these boxes they both powered up and are working fine.

This box is a great box for the price. It beat my expectations for speed and reliability. Its quick for speed and has a big storage capacity. I will buy another because it's the best Android box everything I use. Don't listen to this other person because I use a lot of Android boxes and it works better then anything I've ever used. It works great for movies in great quality tv shows work great and the YouTube works great quality. It has 64gb storage runs both WiFi connections downloads very fast for a Android box and the internet speed is fast as my 250 speed that I have for my internet.

Decently fast. Unfortunately the Netflix app doesn't work for me. It seems like some sort of fakeish browser based app. I could not download the Netflix app from the app store either because it didn't even show up. Prime Direct, Netflix, Jellyfin, Spotify are all I need a box for. Sadly this one isn't it due to the Netflix thing.

Nice box (still no one has a gigabit Ethernet connector) but the box is peppy.The launcher is standard and the bloatware can MOSTLY be uninstalled.If you are using this with a Harmony remote select "ROHS Media Player" to get MOST of the buttons, but some still need to be remapped.

Great Box, just wish it has the latest Android version or that it would update.
