This product was received in a well packed foam package, with an outside warning to inspect the contents before signing your acceptance of delivery. The product is heavy, almost all metal, sturdy, and it takes a minute to hand-screw the left and right levers. Although it can punch holes through 15 sheets at a time (bond paper), I used 10 pages at a time with ease and without straining the machine. This particular model can punch up to legal size, and it was precise and has a superb guide for you to know where the holes will be punched. Once set, there is no movement, and all the holes match perfectly. The upper side of the machine has teeth controlled by the left lever, which allows you to expand the comb and insert the sheets once you have finished punching. I have tried a 2" comb with 435 pages and it works well, although you may have to keep adjusting the papers to make room for the teeth as it gets filled. I am using this in an office setting, where we may need binding from time to time. The price and quality and its legal size punching ability makes this product great a great one.

This thing is durable. It's mostly metal and has survived usage by my 5th grade students. Don't bother getting plastic-based binding machines. This model is pricey, but it's worth it because it'll most likely last for a long time.
