These rollers make life so much easier. I got tired of smelling burned hair every day after using a hot iron on my hair. Now I just wash my hair around lunch time, put it in the rollers. I sleep with them in with no problems. The next morning when I take the rollers out, I have beautiful curls. I spray it lightly with humidity hairspray. Then do my makeup before I brush my hair out. I love the curls, the body, and the compliments
