Spicy and rich
Make no mistake: this seasoning is addictive. It's about a stick of butter per pound of shrimp, mixed with this seasoning and some water or beer. Never tried the beer, but it probably would make it more full bodied. Make sure you have some crusty French bread for sopping the butter! Delicious and fairly spicy. So easy to make.

Versatile
It was just ok for shrimp. It wasn't reminiscent of a bbq taste at all, but was very spicy hot. I didn't use all of it for the shrimp, but used the leftover to coat a pork loin. It turned out excellent! I imagine you could use it on other meats too. Just know that it is very spicy.
