Holds sauce well, but needs careful cooking time
I made this rigatoni pasta for dinner recently, and overall I was really happy with it. The tubes are thick and sturdy, which makes them perfect for heavier sauces like meat sauce or baked pasta dishes. I especially liked how well the sauce clung to the ridges, giving each bite a lot of flavor. The texture turned out nicely firm when cooked correctly. However, I noticed it can become slightly too soft if cooked even a minute too long, so timing matters. The pasta also expands quite a bit while boiling. Still, it’s a delicious and satisfying option that works great for hearty homemade meals.

Great product-I bought these to make a specific recipe I found ( Honey comb Pasta) they tasted great were not difficult to stuff with cheese and held up perfectly.

This food item should not have been shipped. Package ripped open.
The product is great, but the packaging was ripped open and the food repackaged in a plastic bag. I’m not sure if this was done at Whole Foods or an Amazon warehouse. This should not have been shipped. I gave 5 stars because I like the item.
