Bailey by Castle Leather Keyboard Wrist Rest (Woodland, Tenkeyless)

I have been using this wrist rest for Keyboards for YEARS, and I have purchased it several times through multiple websites. I'm very happy to see it available on Amazon now. Here are the highlights of my experience:Pros:Comfortable to Use: This wrist rest is extremely comfortable and has effectively eliminated my wrist pain. The ergonomic design provides excellent support during long typing sessions.Beautiful and Creative Packaging: The packaging is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing and creative. The attention to detail in the design makes it feel like a premium product.Personal Touches: The personal notes written in medieval jargon were a delightful and amusing touch. Despite frequent use, it has held up very well over time.Consistent Quality: Every time I repurchase this product, the quality remains consistently high, which is something I truly appreciate.Cons:None: I genuinely have no complaints about this product. With a competitive price and great build quality, Castle has definitely put themselves ahead of the competition. The feel of the leather, non-slip backing, and overall heft of the product make it feel more expensive and luxurious than expected.This is definitely a wrist rest for folks with larger hands as it is deeper ( measured from you to your keyboard) than average but that's exactly what I needed. It is also extra firm (not pillowy or gel like) and feels like it will last quite a long time.

So this wrist rest was $35 when I purchased it -- I can tell you that it's a very nice wrist rest. It has a firm feel to it (not all mushy like other wrist rests), and has a "pleathery" feel to it -- so if don't like this type of feeling, definitely don't purchase it. It is the perfect size for my keyboard both in width and height. It seems like very very high quality, and can't imagine this degrading anytime soon. I will say it definitely doesn't feel like genuine leather, and it has a very slight "hump" in the middle -- I'm hoping this goes away over time. So overall I'd say it's a 4-star. If it were about $10 cheaper, minus the slight hump, and a bit more of a leather feeling, I'd gladly give it 5-stars.*UPDATE on 12/06/2018: I was able to gently bend the product so that it now lies perfectly flat on the desk. Also it appears that it is $5 cheaper now at $30.00. I'd definitely give this 4.5 stars... just needs to be a little bit cheaper!

So I have bought a ton of key board wrist rests over the years and I was a little skeptical about spending 30.00 on this one but decided to give it a shot. I received the package which was in a cool box and opened it up, to my delight unlike any order I have ever placed on amazon there was a greeting message. It was addressed "Greeting, people of the Realm! The castle Company is led by a team of peasants in Eugene, Oregon. Our products are forged in the fires of Innovation" so on an so forth. It really set the tone for the whole purchasing experience and made me feel like I was not contributing to some large corporation but instead, a small thoughtful and creative company who are determined to exceed customer expectations.The product itself was made out of high quality leather that had graphics stamped in opposing corners, you could tell that the product designer really did his research to see what the best fit for a modern office would be. I was also once gamer in my younger years and really liked the name Castle Co. as well. The white stitching around the border was clean and added the perfect accent that could fit in any desk or office space. The backing of the wrist rest had perfect non slip felt which I like much better than rubber, because I like adjust the position the position without having a rubber squeaking noise. And it did not slide around while I am typing either!The ergonomically shaped wrest was also shaped as such to not get in the way of my typing (primarily space bar) as well as not being too high off the desk which makes my fingers have to crane down to the keyboard (a lot of my other wrist rests have had too large of a "hump" that made them obnoxious to use.I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Both premium looking and feeling. I think these wrist rests compliment minimalist custom keyboards really well. I've included a couple of pictures showing the gray 60% rest and a TKL wrist rest on a 65% board.I've had the TKL one for a few months now. I've applied leather conditioner to it a couple of times and the leather has softened and feels incredible. Hopefully it stands the test of time, but it feels like it will. Very happy!

I don't say this often for things I buy. In fact, I say it never. But this wrist rest is absolutely perfect!

The brown version is actually around 20mm in thickness, compared to the other colors which are listed at around 25mm.It''s firm, but not wood-stiff. It is stiffer than gel type rests.No issues with base curvature, mine was perfectly flat. Nor any issues with slipping. It stays where it's placed, but this may also depend on your desk surface.For a tenkeyless keyboard, I personally find the length a little short as the left/right edges are tapered, so in a typing position, my left wrist is on the angled edge making it feel awkward.So I've shunted the rest leftwards along the keyboard to give both wrists a flat base to lie on, but this leaves a gap when using the arrow keys or pgup/pgdown on the right of the keyboard. See position in picture.In hindsight, I should have gone for the full length wrist rest for 100% keyboards.Great thing is that the surface is leather, so it will not pick up debris and dirt over the long term and can be easily wiped clean.Overall pleased, except for the sloped left/right edges which I couldn't foresee being an annoyance.

It's heavy and firm. High quality. Don't know what people are talking about that say it lifts up when you take your mouse hand off... Definitely doesn't.

Perfect I love it high quality materials feels expensive. I'm glad I chose this one works perfectly for 60% keyboards
