I ordered this item as a gift for someone. So I emailed the seller and they were nice, and very helpful. I emailed them asking if they could make sure (because I am new to the whole online buying thing) if it arrived because it was important that it came before his birthday. I just got it yesterday -a few days before it was supposed to. And for that, I will defiantly be buying from this seller again. The product is as it should be! If you're a fan of trains or Santa Fe, I would say it's worth their asking price for it.

Great detail and high quality product. The metal wheels seem to help this caboose run very stable on the track.

i got this since i wanted a caboose to go with some ore cars that i have. the caboose matches perfectly with the ore cars. now they make good Halloween decorations.

My father-in-law purchased this for my husbands old train set. It's been revived now for the grandkids! works great, nice.

This item is much smaller than described. The size was given as 3" x 2" x 7". Including the wheels, this item measured 2" x 1.5 " x 5.25". This is significantly smaller than described. It's pretty much useless for our purposes.
