Creatista Plus Automatic Pod coffee machine with milk frother wand for Espresso, Cappuccino & Flat White by Sage in Black Truffle

Pros: Set up was very straightforward. Its compact, looks good, requires little maintenance. Indicator screen illuminates and graphics and retest are very clear. The water container, which simply slots down the back of the machine, has a very useful ring holder to lift it out/back in. The drip tray is a simple slide out/in mechanism. Pods feed in at the top, the closure of the lid presses the pod into a hidden lid piercing gadget, and all you then have to do is select what drink you are making. The milk heater/frother is excellent and sounds exactly like the coffee shop barista machines. The end product, once you've played around and found the strength you want, is excellent. Well worth buying. Cons: I'm only 5'4" and I bought a pod tray for my machine to sit on. Unfortunately, the selection/indicator panel is on top of the coffee maker and now that the machine sits in a 2" high coffee pod tray I have to stand on top toes to read the indicator panel. Grrr. It's ever so slightly noisier than I thought it would be. My favourite store bought coffee is the Marks and Spencer Roast & Ritual brand. I got this machine specifically for Nespresso takes the R&R pods... I hadn't realised though, just how many pods I'd need to use to make a comparable cup of 'Americano' - three. All in all, I'm now having my favourite coffee at home, in a machine I can use, that's very easy to use and maintain.

If you're looking for a coffee machine that makes great coffee that you can replicate every time then look no further. I am a coffee lover but have struggled for years trying to get the perfect coffee at home, trying to be a home barista with an espresso machine is a nightmare - coffee everywhere, inconsistent milk frothing, inconsistent pulling of shots and lots of mess to clean up afterwards. In the end I reverted back to the kettle and my espresso machine has sat dormant for time. After reading revies after review of different coffee machines I decided to go with the Nespresso Creatista - never used nespresso pods before but from reading reviews they seemed great. I wasn't dissapointed. Firstly the machine is beautiful and top quality. Finished in stainless steel it oozes style and class and looks great on the kitchen worktop. Out of the box it was simple to set up and one switched on heats up in only 3 seconds! There's so many nespresso pods on the market you've got loads to choose from, I'm still working my way through the many different types - at the moment I particularly like the L'Or Onyx pods which are a 12 strength and a very nice blend. This machine produces coffee shop quality coffee at home - the milk is amazing, I used to drink lattes but after getting this machine now drink a flat white. The milk is dense and amazing. You can choose the heat of the milk, the amount of milk you want and how you want it frothed - you put the milk in the jug and let the machine do its work. No wobbling a jug about trying to warm the milk and get the right consistency - the machine does all the work you just watch in amazement as it produces quality milk time after time. Espressos are simple and easy to make, once you've finished the pods go into a little bin and takes approx 15 pods to fill it before it needs emptying. The milk wand purges itself after every use so the only thing you need to do is wipe it down and remove the milk before it does that. The drip tray is easy to remove and easy to clean as is the water tank. The display on the unit is easy to read and navigate using the turn dial and setting up your drink preferences is simple to do. All in all couldn't recommend a better machine. It's simple and easy to use, makes fantastic coffee, has the ability to customise your drinks and has basically zero maintenance. If you're wondering whether to buy this I'd say yes don't hesitate. It's helped me fall in love with coffee once more and everyday I'm excited to try a different coffee type and see what this machine is capable of.

The my third NESPRESSO machine and the best by far. Although expensive it’s all relative when you consider the purchase of the coffee pods. I like flat whites and the steam wand makes the milk perfectly smooth and is a close to a good Barista without the hassle and a huge machine. It’s easy to use and maintain and is far superior than any of other NESPRESSO machines. Well worth the money if you like a quality coffee with milk.

Looks great, easy to set up and use, very happy with the quality of the coffees and being able to pre select drink type and temperature. Milk frother automatically does its own steam clean then just needs a quick wipe. Viewed so many different machines, they each have pros and cons, so reduced my search by considering size and looks, and really did not want a "swing out" steamer/frother. This won and I remain very happy with my choice. Fast delivery, Black Friday deal price, well packaged with useful booklets and a set of Nespresso pods to get started.

I ordered this specific machine because a member of my family had ordered one and so I knew it made great coffee. However it has been necessary to contact the seller and the customer service provided has been outstanding. Buy the machine because it makes great coffee- buy it from this seller because they provide great customer service.

Just 4 months, frothing stopped to work and there is water leakgae, please dont buy this product

DISAPPOINTING & RUDE great machine until it goes wrong. It’s the 2nd machine we have bought & after almost 2 years we have the same problem as we had with the 1st machine. Half the water falls into the capsule holder. Even with the extra guarantee, nobody wants to accept responsibility (Amazon or NESPRESSO) & we have to call approximately 15 times & write many mails before we finally get any kind of service. Most of the time we just get the run around or they hang up!!!! Disgusting service from NESPRESSO we are extremely disappointed. ——- continued……. It’s now 5 weeks since the machine broke & we are still being given the run around. We were told DHL would contact us to pick it up, they didn’t. Then we got a message on how to clean inside the capsule holder with a toothbrush, so we unboxed it (as DHL were clearly not coming) & followed her instructions… nope it still doesn’t work. More messages to Amazon & WhatsApp’s to Nespresso, still nothing has been resolved. I removed the video from here showing how the machine doesn’t work, because I thought that was too mean, but I am now considering putting it back so everyone can make their own informed choice. To be honest, all I want now is a refund, but even that seems to be impossible…..
