Yes, it comes with the warranty card, the box, the Porsche Design case and it is authentic and original from Porche Design!

Q: Can I change the lenses based on a custom prescription?

Yes, absolutely. This frame is considered "optical quality" meaning that it can hold an RX prescription with no issues. The big chains (LensCrafters, Pearl Vision, etc) don't like to do custom work. Use a local optical shop and you'll be all set! Hope this was helpful! Neil at Reading Glass World

I have a pic of the case but can't attach it to this template question from Amazon. It's a foldable felt-lined box style case with the Porsche Design Eyewear logo imprinted on the outside of the case. Yes, it is an original frame with the famous Rodenstock lens, includes manufacturer warranty cards and 100% authentic!
