Does it fits perfect on the dinosaur costume for Halloween christmas? The diameter of the costume hole is aprox 2.16"

It works great on my T-Rex from Rubie's. The USB option combined with a portable battery inflates much faster too!

is the fan very noisy when wearing a mascot head and where do you mount it in the head ?

I used it at a festival. It was noisy inside but you could not hear it outside. I sewed a pocket inside. The head and clipped the battery pack on the waist band.
