Vichy Pastilles Mints - 4.4 oz.

My grandmother first introduced me to VICHY tablets some 75 years ago and I have been a fan ever since. I keep them in the elongated octagonal tins (same shape as the pastilles) where they remain fresh for literally years. Personally, I find them to be effective in reducing uncomfortableness caused by minor indigestion. A small tin of Vichy tablets kept in the pocketbook or jacket pocket is a scource of brightening one's spirits from time to time while,at the same time, a sure way to freshen the breath!

These mints are velvety *and* minty: the best of both worlds. I adore strong mints but have always disliked the hard, chalky texture of the leading brands. This candy is like a hard candy and a butter-mint combined. The mint doesn't leave a residue in your mouth as most mints do. These mints melt slowly and can be chewed after they melt in your mouth. There are many mints per package which makes them a good buy for any budget. I can't stop with just one mint, these are just too good.

Wish they were more readily available in this country. I found them originally in the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. They also come in a stick wrapper version. Wish I could get the lemon version here. These are sooooooo good. Not the extreme mint of the Altoids which I hate. These have subtle vanilla notes. are so perfect. Gave some to my daughter and now she's addicted to them.

They are the kind of pastilles that I like. If I had them here in Brazil I would buy them frequently.

My mom brought these back from France last year and I've beenHooked ever since. They're not too sweet, with the perfect amount of mint. I think I even taste a little vanilla in there. Give them a try!
