Quality optics that are comfortable to use.

This is our third Optivisor. We always get the glass lenses for their optical quality. My first one was purchased in about 1980 and still works fine. Now my wife uses one in her work.

The clarity of the lens is impressive. The comfort of the visor exceeded my expectations. My gripe is that they're advertised as having different focal lengths based on the strength. I have yet to find a lens that is focused at the advertised length. I have to bring my work up to my face or my face down to my work with every lens.

If you've messed around with the cheaper visors, and want one that is lightweight, comfortable, and provides excellent optical clarity, this is for you. Pay attention to the different diopter versions, as they affect the optimal working distance. The #3 was perfect for me, giving a bit of 14" of focal length.

My husband works with intricate clock parts and this product is great! Better than a magnifying glass or using different reading glasses. We have found we use it on multiple projects throughout the home. I use it for sewing projects too.

I used one of these for twenty five years doing various detailed work. I purchased one for my son's birthday recently and was pleased to see the quality of the device has remained unchanged. The MBAs were not able to screw this up.

This is my second order of these. They have been improved in that the lenses are now screwed in place. It still adjusts easily. Makes doing detailed work easy and allows different powers of magnification.
