Great lids!
Even though these lids are more pricey than the disposable lids, it will be worth it because they can be reused. I used these to pressure can roast the first time I used them and all the lids sealed. Seal failure has been a real issue with the disposable ones lately. If you do purchase these, the process of putting the lids and rings on is a little different than the metal ones. Do yourself a favor and watch a few Youtube videos to learn the correct process.

Learning curve
I bought these wanting to try them as lids were hard to find during the pandemic. There is a learning curve. I would recommend using them for water bath canning to learn. Once you get used to them you can move on to more expensive things like pressure canning meats. I had a 20% fail in the beginning as I got used to them. Now this is all I use as I went to the company and bought 600 more. Once you figure it out they work amazingly! I have been canning for 30 years and now I love these. Just remember like I said, there is a learning curve!

No failures!
I've been frustrated by the cost of disposable name brand lids, especially since the quality has gone down and I'm having more seal failures. The off brand disposable lids are chintzy and people have seal failures from corrosion. It's too soon for me to know if they'll fail me but I was looking for a better solution. Also, I like the idea of not having to continually buy new lids, subject to product shortages, inflation and quality issues.I've used about a dozen of these so far and I love them! Easy to use, and I haven't had one fail to seal yet. The instructions aren't complicated but read them because they're different from other lids. And honestly, the cost is barely higher than disposable lids, so these will save me a lot over the years.I just bought a 50 pack direct from the manufacturer because I don't ever want to use the crappy metal lids ever again!

Cool product
I followed the directions to the letter but still only had about a 75% success rate. I suggest canning some with regular lids and with the reusable lids that way it reduces the amount of significant failure and you can store the “fails” in the fridge and use within 1-2 weeks. It’s a great concept and I like to have them on hand to placate the doomsday prepped in me.

Forget using one-time lids!
I purchased a portable sealing machine to create a complete vacuum, and I thought that the metal lids were reusable. Wrong! I purchased the Tattler lids and it was the best thing I did to keep a complete vacuum and reuse over and over. Happy sucker!

Great green product
Stop throwing away your lids! That's throwing away money. These are reusable, saving both money and are a hedge against canning lid shortages

Very happy so far! Updated!
last fall I made pickles and zuccini relish and used these lids. Its been a full year and all the jars left from last year's harvests are still tightly sealed. There is a trick to having a successful seal, so I suggest doing a little research about proper techniqhe. These lids are alot different than using regular seals but work great! Every jar I canned sealed property. Im very happy with them and have used the tattler lids for this year's harvest as well.

Trick is to take the bands off the next morning after canning.
Love the no-rust feature of these lids So far, so good. There's a slight learning curve with these lids. These work great, but I do miss the POP noise that the metal lids make.
