I have not experienced any significant weight loss however, I still love this because it gives me great energy without causing me to feel shaky and without a sudden crash when it wears off. I definitely notice the difference but it is more of a slow come down. I take 2 in the morning and 2 mid-day which keeps me active and more focused throughout the whole day. The directions say no more than 6 a day so, I could add 2 more before dinner but after going all day, I prefer a calm evening.

I LOVE this stuff. I have a very physically demanding job and I take one of these each morning. It gives me a huge burst of energy. I take one in the morning while I'm still half asleep and within 30-45 minutes I'm fully awake and ready to go. I've also lost about 21 lbs in the last 2 months while I've been taking this. These black pills work a lot better for me than the red ones did. Well worth the purchase.

side effects are dizziness, jitters, sick feeling, headaches. I like them tho; they do give me energy. I do lose weight if I take them and do mild Exercise.

Great Product. I was expecting to get the jitters and shakes after taking this, but i felt great. I'm able to maximize my workouts by not feeling fatigued and over exhausted at the end of my last set of weight sets. I've also noticed that i don't struggle as hard when its a cardio day. And there is no "coming down from a high" affect after a couple of hours have elapsed.

Sometimes it works great as an appetite suppressant, but sometimes it makes me feel nauseous. It gives a niacin flush with it. If you are not familiar with that, it can be a bit scary. It makes your skin turn a little red and makes you itch all over. It only lasts about 10-15 minutes though and doesn't happen every time. But it was a little scary the first time it happened and I wasn't expecting it.

Love this product. Received an opened bottle 2 days ago (gross!), but they replaced it. These things happen.The small amount of niacin gets toxins out of my body and helps me go potty.

Not bad. Wife used it. She didn't really lose weight but then she didn't exercise much either. Definitely can tell your heartrate goes up righ after you take it, so if that's a turnoff I wouldn't recommend it. But then again most of these types of products increase your heart rate [even if you don't exercise]
