Worked as promised. Update.
It's been less than a year, with much less use, and the headphone jack has become unreliable. It's loose in it's housing and makes poor contact with the headphone plug which leads to line noise and often no sound. It's inexpensive so it's a small loss.I can't find any warranty information on it on the sellers amazon page so I'm not sure if it's even worth trying to contact them for a replacement.I'm taking away one star because it should have lasted at least a year or two.Previous Review:The product is solidly made, tested with microphone and headphones, and USB devices. Works as promised. It's interesting that the seller supplied a large number of extra mounting screws as only two were required. It's good that the screw holes matched up with my case and made for flush fit with the front panel as the placement of the screws was relatively non-negotiable.

Great fit for my old Antec case
I recently updated a pc that I put together in an old Antec case. Previously, I had used the floppy slot cover to mount the controls for the case fans. When I did the update, I moved the controls to one of the 5.25 drive bays. That left a floppy drive bay cover with holes in it. I was just going to let it be. Then I realized that the case had to front audio or usb2/3 connections. So on to Amazon to find a suitable solution. That's when I found this gem. It gives me front audio and 2x usb2 connections, and, it can replace the hole-y drive cover. Nice.

Looks good, made good...
This is not a complicated computing device. The metal frame the ports are attached to is decent gauge metal and fit into my case great. The usb ports work without fuss, and I finally have audio ports that work on the front of my 2003 "retro"? computer case that pre-dates HD Audio.
