OneGrill Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Universal Complete Grill Rotisserie Kit - 45 Inch x 5/8 Inch w/ 27 Watt Electric Motor (Grills Up to 39 Inches Wide)

We made our own pit for our first pig roast. Purchased the OneGrill 60" kit with motor. We were able to build our pit, spit hardware mounts, and motor mounts prior to delivery of the actual kit based on the measurement photos in the product description. Note that the universal bushing and motor mounting brackets were designed to mount on a traditional BBQ but we fastened them to scrap steel instead to fit our needs. Our pig was expected to be 50lbs max but we ended up w/ a 75lb pig. If you are using this kit to roast a pig (or other bulky animal), you need to purchase at least two stainless U bolt sets to go around the spit and each side of the spine to reduce flopping. We did not have said ubolts and tried stainless zip ties which were difficult to reduce slop between the spine and spit. The counter balance weight is a bit small in my opinion and can only mount directly next to the handle which in normal cases is probably not an issue. Motor performed flawlessly even when pig flopped around (until we were able to secure it better). Only improvements I would like to see is a beefier bushing mount (bent a bit when getting the loaded spit aligned in motor and bushing adjusted) and a larger option for the spit fork as it felt a bit small for the size of the rump of this pig (but worked just fine in the end). Cleanup was simple since everything could come apart and minimal places that were hard to clean out. Overall, very well engineered and quality materials. Highly recommended!

Very nice and heavy duty, wasn’t designed exactly for my barrel style grill but with some slight modification to the grill itself, very easy to install. Definitely recommend!

I modified it to fit my fire pit . Cooks 4-5 chickens at once . Nothing like a wood fire cooked chicken
