I wanted to love these. The first time I opened them, primed them how they said, used one, recapped it and I LOVED the detail I could do. HOWEVER when I went to reuse a color after the initial use, it was clogged or something and won’t work. I had them capped correctly. I’m talking a couple minutes between uses of the same color. It did come with a couple extra tips and that seemed to fix a couple of them but what about the other 10 that don’t work?!? I’ve tried pulling out tips and cleaning the ones on them since I don’t have any more extra to absolutely no avail. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I wouldn’t recommend these

I dont care what you plan to use them for, they are crap. They took so many pumps to prime, and some of them never completely wet the tip with paint. No paint flow. The second time I went to use them I had to prime them all over again. They didnt stick nice to the surface, and there was no way to shake up the paint, because there is no ball inside. Not good for rock painting, or any kind of painting.

I am irritated with these paint markers. I first disliked them because the tips are so hard plastic the tips do not absorb the paint very well. Instead of flowing thru the tip the paint drips out all around it.I have only had this set for a week and I do plan on returning them lightly used, do not care! Because I hadn't even finished this small 8x11 art piece and although also used another better brands, black pen, this companies black pen just ran out of paint. So literally i used it lets say in a time frame to best describe it, maybe 15 mins and its out of paint. I have shaken it, pushed the tip down for almost a minute, etc and not one drop of paint comes out. They cost far too much to not only have crap tips but for the black to already be out of paint! I don't suggest this overly priced poor quality paint pen set.Update: definitely returning. Worst Markers Ive ever used. None of them work. Only had them for a few wks. Do not buy!

I bought the 18 pack of these same markers (for 1/4th of the price!) & LOVED them. I'd have given those ones an 8/10 for ease of use, color selection and overall awesomeness. That pack also came with extra tips (this one does not). I really needed peach for skin tones and to replace some of the others which I had been using for over a month. This pack is AWFUL. Literally every marker I open I have to fight with EVERY TIME I use it and even still half of them don't work right. The inconsistentency between the first pack and this one and the overall struggle of trying to use these new ones I paid 4x as much for will ensure I will try a different brand next time around. Very disappointed! After multiple attempts to use these I literally stopped mid painting to write this.

I wanted to give this product higher ratings. The acrylic paint itself applies great colors on paper, canvas, wood, and other textures. The color choices are true to color. Unfortunately I hardly got to enjoy any of that because I got a horrible batch of markers. I pumped the markers as instructed, and none worked smoothly. It either came out spotty or in massive amounts, making it hard to finish a project. Once the tips were replaced it worked smoothly, but only for one day. I don't know if the material used for the tips are actually compatible with the acrylic paint that are set in the these markers.

I was really hoping to like these pens, and maybe I just got a bad bunch of them, based on the positive reviews this product is getting. They take forever to prime and six of them went directly into the garbage. They either leaked out from the top before the paint even got to the tip or the paint never came down even after 50 pumps. I recently purchased a different brand of these pens and they work amazingly! I Purchased these because they were cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought these to compare them with a name brand set. They write fairly well and there are many vibrant colors. I did notice some of the browns kind of separate as they dry as with one of the lighter greens. That said, I had to return this. They leaked SO BAD. The first use was great. After letting them sit for a few minutes and going back to use them, I noticed the globs of paint around the nib. Paint was going everywhere. Do not recommend.

I'm going to have to return. Many pens dried and wouldn't work after just one use
