I don't see B12 listed as an ingredient, which is odd. Most vegans want nutritional yeast for this purpose (and the cheese sub). Any idea?

B12 is a poison unless you get it from natural sources like bacterial fermentation or animal source. As a vegan you should get it from bacterial fermentation. I don't know who told you to get B12 but if you look in Amazon they sell fortified yeast, with tons of B12 as 1/3rd the price. If you want poison then go ahead and buy the cheap junk with synthetic B12.

Since most Nutritional Yeast is cheaper and attempting to mislead by stating that it is grown with non-gmo yeast, I pay multiple times more for Sari Nutritional Yeast (though barely affordable for a blue collar family) because of the following personal email resoponse Feb 9, 2018: "I would like to let you know that our Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast is grown naturally on a combination of Non-GMO sugar beet and sugar cane molasses.
