This instrument does exactly what I ordered it for.
I use it to measure forces in hammock support straps.

Functional unit, but there is no USB in this package.
The description is misleading. If you order this product, note that you only get the force meter unit and the load cell. No software or usb/bluetooth is included. Furthermore, it appears that the USB adapters require a special 2.5mm phono adapter rather than a standard USB A plug. There is no getting around it, you have to buy the cord separately (search for "Landtek Instrument USB Cable"). Other force meter packages on Amazon may include these accessories. If I had known that when purchasing, I would have picked a different offering.The device itself is fine. No major errors when testing standards.

Accurate Scale - Great Value
The accuracy is as stated in the specifications. I did many tests with other scales and compared them to this gauge in which the numbers very close. You cant beat this unit for the price.

Does exactly as it says, measured lbs, N, and kgf, very accurate, peak is also an awesome feature. Plug and play!
