Bird house arrived quickly and packed well.No issues whatsoever. I was so excited with it that after I received it, that I went through previous buyer pictures again to see their yard ideas. That’s when I noticed one reviewer who said that, upon request, the seller could make the copper roof without a coating. I checked my bird house and it appeared to have shipped standard with a copper coating (protecting it and keeping it shiny). I actually wanted it to eventually patina (turn green). Contacted seller and asked if I could exchange the coated roof for an uncoated one. Days later, there was a box on my porch… he sent me an uncoated one immediately, and included a shipping label for me to send back the other one.If I could rate this entire product and experience 10 stars, I would. 5 for the product and 5 for the service.Btw I think I read somewhere that someone was concerned that this birdhouse doesn’t have predator rings installed around the openings. Some other bird houses do. If THAT’s the only thing holding you up from buying this or is leaning you to another bird house… stop. I did a ton of research before buying, I’ll save you the time: This house is better. The roof alone, real copper, usurps competitors who use “copper coated” or “copper color”. Predator rings aren’t always necessary. In my case, I don’t think I’ll need them, but the house is so beautiful I don’t want to run the risk of a predator bird trying to eat a bigger hole and ruining the look. So I bought this house, then spent another $15 on a set of copper coated rings right here on Amazon (1.5”) and screwed them in myself. Didn’t need a drill, any standard screwdriver will work. Took all of 15 minutes. If that’s your hangup, it’s a real cheap and easy fix.

Not up yet, so hard to review. Beautiful to look at. We will see how it holds up. Do think it’s over-priced but seems to be well-made. Overall very happy, so far. Arrived in-time and was packaged well.

This is a well-made, attractive birdhouse. It is a very good value given the quality construction, size, and features that make cleaning a breeze.

We wanted a birdhouse that was big and pretty this one is just that. Great bird house the birds love it and it is beautiful! My neighbors even complemented on it and asked where we got it from.

I really like this bird house...and so do the birds. With less than two hours they made their home inside. Now my wife and I can enjoy the birdswithout the maintainence.

This birdhouse replaces another one we had that did not weather well. Birds are already nesting in the new house. The copper roof should last a long time and could be replaced more easily that a cedar shingle one. NC bird guy sent an additional frame to make the birdhouse work with the 3.5 inch square post we already had. Great customer service!
