Beware of using smartphone on 4G rather than WiFi
It seemed too good to be true; activated the units, plug them in and LO and BEHOLD I had a Smart Home. Worked fine with Alexa...then came day two. My network refused to recognize the plugs. I tried everything I could think of...deleted devices, re-installed devices...tried EZ mode and AP mode...did a network diagnostic and the Smart Life app said "poor network connection"...except everything else worked just fine. Even reset my network thinking that might help. I am glad these work for other people but they just didn't work for me. I am going back to a Dumb Home...much less frustrating.********UPDATE********I am updating to 3 stars as I have resolved the problem. Yesterday, I used the smartphone app to turn on a light as we were pulling into the driveway. Apparently, once I used the mobile data to control the light, it, somehow, reset the entire network to my data plan and caused the WiFi network to no longer recognize the devices. As usually happens, the idea hit me at 4 a.m. to use my smartphone to re-reset the network to WiFi, it worked! Smart home, dumb owner...but Zoozee should have been aware of and warned of this issue. 5 stars for the devices, minus 2 stars for failure to warn and/or do proper R&D.******UPDATE 2 **********Frankly, I cannot remember a time when a company has gone so far out of its way to make sure a customer is satisfied with a product. After reading my initial review, Samantha (Customer Service), who is fantastic, contacted me and spent a week working with me to make sure the smart plugs met my requirements. I held off updating further until I was sure everything was working well. Well, like I said above...devices were 5 star...now, thanks to Samantha, I can say the entire experience has been 5 star. The plugs work fine and there is no doubt this company wants to make sure their customers are satisfied! Thank you!

These work very well.
So I have now purchased two 4 packs. Gave the kids each one as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves it and once you figure out how to set up the first one, the rest are easy. I have a multi band router, so I connected my iPhone to the 2.4 ghz signal, not the faster 5 ghz. I plugged in the device in an outlet near my router and "discovered" the plug. I think you may have to hold in the button for a few seconds to get the faster blink before it will pair. Once paired, open Alexa app and add device. This is easiest if you add the SmartThings skill first. Now we can set schedules for the outlets, control them individually with Alexa and group them for total or multi room control. So far, once programmed properly, these plugs have been flawless. I guess my review here is a bit Alexa specific, but a lot of the functionality can be found on the SmartThings app. I named three outlets the following: Fireplace Lights, Christmas Tree, Shoe Rack Lights. I could turn them on and off individually or just say "turn off the Christmas Lights" and all three would go off together since I grouped them in Alexa app. I also discovered that over the past month my LED Christmas tree used the same amount of power as two strands of incandescent lights. (about 7 Kwh). Time to replace those incandescents! I have one last ZooZee plug that has not been claimed, so I am going to pair it and name it "TESTER". Then I will plug it into things like my garage 20V battery charger which I leave plugged in all the time and try to discover where I can save power and where I cannot. I'd like to see what one month of my older Panasonic Plasma TV uses, or my media cabinet, or the PS4. Just like any surge protector, I would not dare plug anything like a space heater into the ZooZee. I'd be afraid that it might fry it. Also to note is that I have solar panels, so I tend to get a lot of clean power throughout the day. We also do not regularly see surges. I'm hoping these plugs can stand up to minor surges in power, but only time will tell. I would definitely buy these again if I need any more.UPDATE: Three months in and these all work great. Alexa has no problem staying connected to them. We use three of them repeatedly everyday.

"Hey Google, Turn off the Christmas Tree"
These wifi plugs are working great for me. I am able to control my Christmas lights from anywhere. Earlier this month, I was controlling the lights from out of state with ease. I am using Google Assistant which integrates with their app. I like the power consumption information that they provide. I have not used any of the timer functions yet, but have no doubt that they will work fine. I have four plugs with various lights connected. All I have to do is say, "Hey Google, Turn on all of the Lights" or "Hey Google, Turn off the Christmas Tree" and it happens. It's still early, but they work perfect so far.

Works very well thus far.
Received four units and they are all now installed. One is on the refrigerator, MBR, family room, and router in the basement. The one on the refrigerator is turning off during peak power rate windows. The others, Just taking power measurement for now.Take note, one needs to install them one by one, don't plug them all in at once. The unit itself consumes less than 1 watt when off.Very easy to set up.I will provide updates.****update 11/21/18Unit by it's self with no load consumes <1w when on and ~<0.5w when off, both very good.****update 11/25/18One unit is now outside (23d F) controlling the Christmas lights. Spec says -10 to 60d C. So far so good.****Update 11/27/18My only disappointment thus far is that there no app for chromebook.I think the negative reviews are fake, written by competitors.****Update 6/21/19Found a chrome book app - Google home. All positive now.
