This brand can never fail
I’m a barista and I have been for over five years and this brand easily takes the number one spot in my top three favorite syrup brands! It smells and tastes incredible it’s in a sturdy glass bottle that doesn’t easily chip or break and I’ve broken plenty of bottles in my time as a barista! the bottle is larger than other brands so it will likely last longer and is worth the slightly more expensive cost

Makes a refreshing mocktail
I love a light, low calorie mocktail on hot summer days, and I think I’ve found the perfect one, using this Yusu syrup (about half an ounce) topped with 6 ounces of sparkling water (I used Pellegrino) and served in a cocktail glass. It was pleasantly tart, very refreshing and elevated a stay at home evening. I look forward to trying this syrup in other ways, but this was a great start.

Interesting product
I am always searching for yuzu flavored items. I like that this syrup is not too sweet and has a refreshing citrus flavor- light flavor, not overpowering. I'm not sure this tastes like the yuzu I know from my time in Japan, but maybe they taste different when grown in other parts of the world. This would taste great with a 'tom collins' type cocktail.

Yuzu Highballs!
we were trying to recreate a Suntory Yuzu Highball from our favorite restaurant and it turned out great! this provides a great flavor without being tooooo sweet and no unnatural aftertaste! love it

Weak almost non-existant Yuzu flavor
I finally got to open this and I was very disappointed with the flavor. If you are used to Yuzu, this is more lemon-like than Yuzu. If I opened it earlier I would return it. Oh well you live and learn and I will avoid this brand going forward. On a side note, I tried the Monin Yuzu puree and it was so much better.

For all lemon lovers
I first had this product in a sake cocktail at a top notch Japanese restaurant. Now I can make the same cocktail without spending $35 per person. It also makes a tasty lemonade when mixed with club soda or seltzer for a nonalcoholic drink.

Needed for a yuzu sake drink
Couldn't find this in a store. Trying to make a karay kyuri. This stuff also make a great lemonade. Thought I wouldn't need such a large bottle, but found some money other uses for it.

A spoonful of syrup makes the collagen go down
A flavorful addition to plain seltxer. It covers the flavor of my daily collagen consumption and a nice flavor note in cookies.
