For me this works very similarly to ED pills. Early-50's - so I was looking at improving in a certain area shall we say. I take 3-4 daily. It took about a week and I now feel & perform like someone in their early 20's. Also seems to have improved my all-around sense of well-being and increased my level of motivation significantly. Fantastic product!

As supplements are to prevent problems I find it hard to say it is working or not as I am feeling fine and they seem to be working, My blood pressure seemed to be a little lower and my breathing is good and my muscles felt good on my 1 mile swim.

There's no way for me to tell with absolute certainty, but if you're using it for some of the main things L-citruline is known to be used for, then in my experience it seems to work. Just don't mix it with too many other supplements, it creates serious contraindication problems. But I would recommend if you've done your research and know what it's for. Also, stick to the recommended daily intakes (i.e., don't exceed the prescribed dosage unless you're sure what you're using it for is worth it).

Today it is difficult to find supplements without stearates. I was so happy to find this one. I've only been taking it for about a week, but I've had no problems with it at all. I have read that taking L-Citrulline in the evening along with L-Arginine helps the L-Arginine get into your system better which makes the nitric oxide more available ~ which tremendously helps with blood pressure. I started taking two of these tablets daily 4 months after partial nerve sparing RPS. Up to that stage I had rarely noticed any erectile response. Within the first week of taking the pills I was occasionally woken by a partial erection. It was encouraging. I found that the erection was even firmer when the L-Citrulline was combined with energetic exercise during the previous day. After 6 months from the surgery my nocturnal erections are firm but still not rigid. I have not tried more potent drugs that have known side effects but L-Citrulline gave enough response to provide encouragement. I take these pills in combination with regular VED (pressure cycling version)
