It's okay...
I bought this to replace my damaged Wahoo Elemnt Bolt. It's "okay" the unit itself is well constructed bur for the price they could include a proper fixed mount that just about every cycle gps comes with. Some of the interfaces are pretty poor to use and the app is lacking.. actually uploading to Strava is a complete pain and so is connecting the device to the app. It's just frustrating... Live segments work okay...The color display is nice and crisp which is good on those evening rides. I do like mounting system, the device does not rattle around. Battery life is solid!I think they could have done just a bit better and I would have given 5 stars. It's like they gave up about 75% in.. Most people don't care about having 5 data pages they just want a good easy to understand interfaceEdit- device refuses to power on properly after update and has bricked itself

Screen is too dim, poor contrast
I really wanted to like this computer. I have a Lezyne Micro GPS I've used for a year and I like the simplicity of it. Stepping up to the Mega C I was looking forward to the mapping capabilities and expanded data capabilities. Unfortunately the screen on the Mega C is just too dim. Even with the backlight on 100% in direct sun it is just not vibrant enough. The screen is impossible to read inside without turning on the backlight. And passing through shadows or clouds it's hard to read data through sunglasses. I even tried changing the background color to black instead of white, as well as manually adjusting the contrast in the settings--still not enough. I'm surprised no reviews mention this--my 10 year old Garmin Edge 500 is way easier to read than this. I returned the original unit I received because of the dim screen and exchanged it for a new unit thinking I must've gotten a dud. The second unit suffers from the exact same problem. Bummer. The GPS unit works great otherwise--maps loaded fine, tracked data great and the overall layout of data and screens really looks sharp. Paired with my Garmin HRM strap and iPhone easily. But I just can't get past the dimness of the screen, so it's going back.

Ok if you don’t need turn by turn navigation
It boggles my mind that it is 2020 and the state of GPS-enabled cyclometers is still so bad. I have tried Wahoo devices and Garmin devices and sent them back with one star reviews. The Wahoo Roam might work -I haven’t tried as it is so overpriced- but the Elemnt is pretty useless for navigation, and as for Garmin - well, if spending an hour just trying to pair with your phone is your idea of fun, they might be for you, as long as you don’t mind the extent of turn by turn navigation to be a pop up saying you’re “off course” when you clearly aren’t.Which brings me to the Lezyne. Cheaper than the others, it is quite customizable, has decent maps, the Bluetooth seems flawless, and apart from the fugly logo it’s an all-around decent device but also has broken navigation (albeit slightly less so). It might work for your first few turns but once it decides you’re off course (even when you aren’t), “turn around” is all you’re going to get out of it. So about as useless as the Garmin, but the breadcrumbs it shows on the map are easier to follow and so it’s still possible to use it for navigation if you give up the idea of having cues. You can see in my photos the breadcrumbs, as well as the absurd claim that I am way off course when I am not.So, it’s disappointing, but it’s less disappointing than the competition. Where they get one star this gets three.

Great bike computer
Impressed. Used it on an ultra-event. Leaving the back lit display on used up more battery than expected but worked great. Great unit and works with my first gen Bontrager Duotrap s/c sensor. Was able to charge it with a backup battery while still functioning.

Never Worked
The Mega C looked good and had a nice form factor I had problems with this right out of the box so it could have been just a bad unit.It initially would not auto power off so the battery drained down overnight after the first charge. After a few hard resets I was able to get the firmware updated. Once it was up and running I ran into more issues with it pairing and staying connected to my heart rate monitor, speed and cadence sensors. They would continuously drop or completely lose connection. It also was freezing up and shutting down in the middle of rides a couple of times. I spent about a week emailing back and forth with customer service and they were friendly and helpful but could not figure out what was wrong with it either. They finally suggested returning it and getting a replacement. I ended up talking to someone at a local bike shop and they steered me toward the Wahoo Elemnt (they carried both Wahoo and the Lezyne) and I have been running it without issues ever since.

Great product and value
Took a chance based on the reviews but am very pleased with it. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money and this fit the bill. Setup and configuration was intuitive, I didn’t bother to read the manual. It syncs up with devices (iPhone app, arm band hrm, cadence). I love all the stats and ways you can build data pages with views that are important to you. Syncs with Strava easily with the app. The display is bright and crisp. It’s on the smaller end if you’re looking to utilize maps. But again, I prefer stats over maps.

Great product!
My husband loves this. He's just getting into triathlons and this was the perfect gift for his birthday. He says it does what he expected it to and the milage and speed are accurate. Pairs with with his Android phone. Easy to mount. He's happy!

Great product and really good value comparing others in the market
I've just received the unit and have only completed a couple of rides so far. I found the setup to be very straight forward and the interaction between device and phone is very seamless. I really like how easy it is to cycle through screens to get additional data; and compatibility with several ANT+/Bluetooth accessories I already had.

Good overall performance for the price point
Very good overall performance, good battery life. I've done over 300km on one charge and display always on to watch where I'm going. The maps are very useful and the integration with komoot is very helpful. It's a bit slow to get you route on but just plan that into your prep, normally by the time you've finished your coffee the route is ready and loaded.Would recommend a purchase.

Soddisfatto a metà
